Rincón's long-running dive shop at Black Eagle Marina runs daily dive and snorkel trips and is the usual way to reach Desecheo's blue-water reefs; the Shipwreck Bar & Grill shares the marina.

Position approx: Black Eagle Marina is on Carr. 413 in Rincón; the pin is estimated from the Barrio Puntas area on that road, so confirm the marina entrance locally. Per its website, Taino Divers is at Black Eagle Marina and offers daily scuba and snorkel trips; Wikivoyage lists it as open daily 9am to 9pm for diving, snorkeling, whale watching and fishing. Desecheo is closed to landing because of unexploded ordnance (USFWS), but Wikivoyage notes diving, snorkeling and fishing around the island are allowed. Wikivoyage lists Shipwreck Bar and Grill at Black Eagle Marina with a nightly seafood special, salads, burgers, pastas and steaks.
