Position approx: Club Náutico de Boquerón as mapped on OpenStreetMap. Per the Virgintino PR guide (~2015): from the town dinghy dock you will find a number of bars and small restaurants and plenty of fellow cruisers. Club Náutico can supply fuel and water but depth at its dock is a problem for some boats: go in at high tide for about 7 ft. Expect crowds and loud music on weekends and holidays.
