A pretty 'get out of the wind' anchorage tucked behind a point on the south-west coast, where fishermen come out to sell the catch.

Practical

Position is Virgintino's waypoint just south of the point and boathouse (18 09.30N, 078 02.17W). Tuck in behind the point and anchor in 9-12 ft, good holding, good protection from wind and surge. Highway traffic noise by day. The bar on old chartlets is now a fishing cooperative. Not a port of entry.
