Little Inagua National Park

21° 30.0′ N · 73° 0.0′ W · approximate

Little Inagua - about 30-50 square miles, uninhabited, without fresh water - has been a Bahamas National Trust land-and-sea park since 2002, protecting sea turtles, seabirds and reef out to 100 fathoms.

Practical

Coordinate is the Wikipedia centre of the island. BNT lists Little Inagua National Park (est. 2002, about 62,800 acres per BNT; Wikipedia gives about 31,600 acres) protecting sea turtles, seabirds and marine environments; the boundary extends to the 100-fathom line, so treat all surrounding water as protected: no fishing, spearfishing, shelling or taking of anything, and no fires ashore. Feral donkeys and goats descend from French introductions (Wikipedia). Contact BNT before landing parties if in doubt.
