Duncan Town clinic
22° 11.8′ N · 75° 43.6′ W · approximate
Ragged Island's health facility: in 2023 cruisers reported a new hospital/clinic building going up beside Maxine's store at the top of the dock hill.
Practical
Coordinate approx: the OpenStreetMap Duncan Town place node; the building is not mapped. We could not confirm whether it is now open, its hours or staffing: ask in town before relying on it. Treat the whole chain as remote: carry a full offshore medical kit and a satellite messenger. Duncan Town Airport (DCT) is the only airstrip in the chain, so expect any serious case to leave by air.
