Walker's Cay Sportfishing Tournaments

Since its 2021 reopening Walker's Cay has revived its tradition of big-game tournaments, hosting the Walker's Cay Invitational, the Wahoo Classic and the Gantry Challenge. During events the marina fills with sportfishers.

The tournament page shows a 2025 Wahoo Classic and a 2026 Invitational (entry by request) and a 2027 schedule heading without dates, so check walkerscay.com/tournaments for dates before planning a cruising stop; slips may be scarce during events. Bahamas fishing rules apply (bag limits: up to 18 migratory pelagics such as wahoo, dolphin, kingfish and tuna per vessel; demersal fish up to 60 lb or 20 fish).
