The edge of the Tongue of the Ocean off Chub Cay, where coral gardens on the shelf give way to a wall that drops past 300 m, with sharks, turtles, eagle rays and pelagics, dived by the area's only operator so you rarely share a site.

Position approximate: the drop-off south of Chub Cay; no surveyed site position was found, so go with the operator or locate the edge on the sounder. Chub Cay Divers (PADI Five Star; +1 242-809-5574, info@chubcaydivers.com) runs dives at 9:00 am or 2:00 pm, sites 10-100 ft; one dive $150, two $230, three $330, gear $60 per day (prices plus 10% VAT, 2026); no shark feeding or chumming. Recreational sites range 10-40 m. Strong current possible on the wall; dive from a tended boat. Nearest chambers are in Nassau and Miami.
