Position approximate: about 100 yards NE of a published waypoint 'Chubb Point Light, Pt. 100 yds SW' at 25°24.24'N 77°54.62'W (eMarine; not navigation grade). Bahamian lights are frequently unlit or damaged; do not depend on it at night. A damaged marker (25.4072, -77.9118) and a missing green piling are reported nearby on ActiveCaptain (2026).
