Chub Cay's renovated clubhouse: an air-conditioned dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace over the infinity pool and Sunset Beach, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with Bahamian dishes and daily specials. It is members only.

Position approximate: the club says the clubhouse sits between the marina and the beach, overlooking Sunset Beach. The point is placed ashore just east of the ActiveCaptain 'Chub Cay - 1' anchorage, which a 2021 reviewer describes as 'in front of the big hotel/restaurant'. The club's dining page (read October 2026) says the clubhouse restaurant and bar are for members. Transient boats may only take fuel and clear customs, and may not move around the property without an escort, so do not plan a meal here unless a member hosts you. Menus cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, kids and box lunches. Prices exclude 10% VAT and gratuity. 2026 holiday dinners are listed for Thanksgiving (November 26), Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Older ActiveCaptain notes describe a separate room for visiting yachts and transients eating here, and a 2014 blog describes a Thanksgiving dinner at the marina.
