Bullocks Harbour Anchorage (Cistern Cay beach)

25° 46.0′ N · 77° 53.4′ W

A little white-sand beach with clear water and deep water right up to the shore, tucked north of the settlement off Cistern Cay.

Practical

ActiveCaptain position. Come in from the west heading east toward the beach; Explorer Chart depths are accurate and there is deep water close to the rocky cliffs. Good protection from ENE through S. A January 2025 catamaran report spent a week here with 18 kt and gusts to 25 kt: a little bouncy but comfortable. Local boats pass fast and close at shift change. Beach is good for dogs. Town is a longish dinghy ride.

Best for

A quieter beach anchorage near the settlement
