ActiveCaptain position. A March 2023 report (45 ft, 5 ft draft, 85 lb Mantus on 75 ft of 3/8 in chain) held for days in N and W winds over 20 kt and did not move in a 24 kt westerly with rocks to leeward. Few boats compared with the dozen or more at the harbour entrance.
