Sand-and-coral beaches with breaking surf on the ocean side of Allans-Pensacola, reached by the signing-tree trail. It is a wild contrast to the calm harbor.
Practical
Approximate pin on the Atlantic shore north-east of the anchorage (derived from the trail description; not surveyed). Watch the undertow in the breakers. Beachcombing is good, but the shore collects ocean garbage. Bugs come out at dusk. Pre-Dorian reports (2017-2019).
