Historically lunch 12:00-15:00, dinner 18:00-21:00, but hours are seasonal and dinner usually requires a same-day reservation through the marina office (VHF 71 or the dock). Closed periods happen in late summer/early autumn. Call ahead rather than dinghying over on spec.
