There is exactly one place to buy diesel, gasoline, RO water, ice and groceries between Nassau and Staniel Cay, and it is Highbourne Cay. Everything south of it - the entire Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park - has none of it.

Highbourne (24.709 N, 76.823 W): diesel, gas, RO water, ice, groceries, laundry, trash. Norman's Cay marina exists but fuel/water availability is unpublished - do not count on it. Inside the park: NO water, NO fuel, NO trash disposal, NO pumpout, NO provisions; the park explicitly asks you to carry your rubbish out. Next full services southbound are Staniel Cay (~40 nm from Warderick Wells) or Sampson/Big Major. Plan on arriving at Warderick Wells with full tanks and leaving with your rubbish aboard.
