Seven Sisters is a chain of seven cascades and swimming pools in the rainforest east of Grand Etang, reached by a muddy 40-minute trek through bamboo and heliconia.
Practical
Position is the OpenStreetMap waterfall (approx). The trailhead is on the Grand Etang–Grenville road, about a mile east of Grand Etang. A guide is advised (GTA). Wear sturdy shoes, as the trail is steep and muddy (Wikivoyage), and bring a swimsuit. Do NOT jump from the upper falls, where several cruisers have been seriously injured (Dietrich). Allow about 2 hours round trip to the lower falls. Boat International's 2026 itinerary lists it as a scenic hike option.
