A string of rustic beach bars and grill shacks along the back of Salt Whistle Bay's beach - rum punch, lobster and fish dinners with your toes in the sand.

Position is the beach-vendor row mapped in OpenStreetMap, which names Sandy Beach Bar, Black Boy & Debbie's Bar, Last Bar Before the Jungle and the Salt Whistle Bay Club bar. All the bars were destroyed by Hurricane Beryl in July 2024; Doyle's 2025 update says beach vendors and restaurants are open and more are rebuilding, so expect some to be makeshift. Cruiser reports (2018) paid EC$80-90 for lobster and EC$65 for fish; negotiate and agree the price first (verify locally). Bars come alive around 5 pm. T-shirt and craft vendors line the path to the road. The former Salt Whistle Bay Club resort's website shows it 'under construction'.
