A large, modern community marina on the edge of the mangrove east of Fort-de-France, cheap and secure, with fuel, a haul-out area and moorings outside. It is close to the airport and the big shops but a long way from the old town on foot.

Martinique tourism listing: more than 340 berths with water and electricity for boats up to 25 m, secure access control, 150 dry-storage places, a fuel station, slipway, launderette, ice machines, toilets and showers, free Wi-Fi and customs clearance. Office: ZAC de l'Étang Z'Abricots, +596 596 75 11 57 / +596 696 92 21 06, reception 7 am-5 pm, on duty 6 am-6 pm (French customs list, 2026). Call on VHF 9 when in the channel (2016 report). Berthing is stern-to with pick-up lines to the bow, and staff assist. Prices reported 2016-2018: €11-13/night for a 40-45 ft yacht with water and power (verify locally). An ActiveCaptain review (Dec 2022) found about 12 moorings outside the marina at €20/night, well kept but with little wind protection. Approach: follow the buoyed channel and give Pointe des Sables a very wide berth; 3 m or more inside (2018). Doyle Guides corrects its entrance waypoint latitude to 14°35.30'N. Town is about 1.5 hours' walk, so take bus 211 (about 25 minutes) or a fast dinghy. Bakery 200 m away, Carrefour Express and Decathlon within walking distance, Carrefour about 10 minutes by taxi. Butane refills are available here (Noonsite). It hosts the Martinique Boat Show in May.
