Dragon Bay Anchorage

12° 5.1′ N · 61° 45.7′ W · approximate

Dragon Bay is a small west-coast cove just north of Molinere Point, inside the Molinère-Beauséjour MPA. You pick up a mooring and swim straight to the sculptures and the reef.

Practical

Position is the OpenStreetMap bay centroid (approx), checked to be in the water. Noforeignland reviewers report a mooring at about $15 in good condition, good snorkelling especially near the sculptures, and roll at night that sends boats back to sheltered moorings (undated, verify locally). This is an MPA: use the moorings and do not anchor on coral. Pay the Marine Protected Park Fee. It is open to the west, so leave in any northerly or westerly swell.

Best for
