Balneario Sun Bay, a mile-long crescent of white sand and palms just east of Esperanza, the island's public beach with facilities, and often visited by Vieques' free-roaming horses.

A public balneario with parking and facilities run by the Puerto Rico parks system; walkable or a short taxi ride from Esperanza (Wikipedia notes Esperanza Beach sits between Sun Bay and Black Sand Beach).
