The public pier at the east end of Esperanza's waterfront, where cruisers land dinghies for the malecón, the bio-bay tours and the road to Sun Bay.
Practical
Position from OpenStreetMap (Muelle de Esperanza), matching the NOAA Esperanza tide station. Noonsite says the public dinghy dock is at the east end of the anchorage. Dinghy theft has been reported repeatedly here, including a locked dinghy and outboard stolen from the dock in January 2016: use a heavy cable lock, lift the dinghy at night and take the kill cord.
