The permit can also be bought online (allow 5 business days for processing; upload the required documents) or through charter companies and dive shops. A 2026 Noonsite report says Spanish Town Customs did not sell permits. The permit covers mooring use only; land entry to The Baths (US$3 adult, US$2 child) is separate. NPT moorings: day use only, 90-minute limit.
