Position from OpenStreetMap. Wikipedia lists La Blanquilla reef among the reserve's original protected features. Coast Pilot 5 describes the chain of bare rocks and islets up to 30 ft running 2.2 miles from Cayo Lobos southeast to Cayo Diablo: give the chain a berth of 0.5 mile on either side unless using a charted passage.
