Practical

Position from OpenStreetMap. Coast Pilot 5: 0.2 mile in diameter, covered with palm trees except on its summit (a grassy 35-ft knoll with a house); a reef surrounds it to 200 to 300 yards; a buoyed shoal with a least depth of 16 ft lies 0.6 mile east-southeast. Wikipedia lists Ramos as one of three private islands near Puerto Rico (with Palominos and Lobos).
