Lipe's main south-facing beach: a long curve of white sand with the ferry pontoon, longtails, beach restaurants and the island's nightlife strung along it.
Practical
Busy by day with ferries and longtails; the floating ferry pontoon and immigration office are at the east end. Fringing reef close in; the Southeast Asia Pilot's dinghy channel is on the east side of the bay. Sanom Beach is a short walk west (Wikivoyage). Anchor off in 20-25 m (see Koh Lipe South Anchorage).
