Mu Ko Chang National Park Fee
11° 58.1′ N · 102° 18.9′ E · approximate
Most of the archipelago south of Koh Chang, including Koh Rang, falls inside Mu Ko Chang National Park, a 50-plus-island marine park with per-person entry fees.
Practical
Thai National Parks (2026): 200 THB per foreign adult and 100 THB per child aged 3–14; Thai citizens pay 40/20 THB. Snorkel-trip operators say the fee is usually collected at Bang Bao pier, sometimes on the boat. Southeast Asia Pilot quotes 400 THB for Koh Rang specifically (undated). Koh Wai, Koh Mak and Koh Kut are outside the park and charge no park fee. Park rules: no anchoring on coral, no fishing or feeding fish. Keep receipts. The coordinate marks Bang Bao pier, where fees are often paid.
