Coordinate and hours (7am to 9:30pm daily) are from OSM. Krungsri ATM is mapped at 9.74030, 98.42144 near the pier, and the Southeast Asia Pilot says there was one ATM at last count, so carry cash. Provisions on Phayam are limited, so do a full shop in Ranong. Wikivoyage notes water-refill points around the island at about 5 THB per litre.
