Ao Suthep Snorkel Trail (Surin Tai)
9° 24.9′ N · 97° 50.9′ E
Suthep Bay on Surin Tai's northwest side, home to what Thai National Parks calls Thailand's first marked underwater snorkelling trail.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM-mapped Suthep Bay site. Reach it by dinghy from the Mai Ngam or Chong Khad anchorages. It is sheltered from the NE, so it is best in the dry season. Follow the marked trail and keep fins off the coral.
Best for
A self-guided snorkel trail
Season
Mid-October to mid-May
