Feather Cove (Gifford Peninsula)

A small cove on the north side of the Gifford Peninsula near Sarah Point, best known as a kayak campsite. It is a handy lunch stop when rounding into Desolation Sound from Thulin Passage.
Practical
Coordinate is the OSM bay point. BC Parks lists a 9-pad campsite with an outhouse, good kayak landing and good shelter from southerly and westerly winds. We could not confirm it as a keelboat anchorage; treat it as a day stop in settled weather. Hare Point camp is about 2.5 km away. No fires anywhere in the park; treat any creek water.
