A few small stores around the San Miguel jetty, the poblacion of Linapacan, including Dory's Store & Lodging; the last place to buy anything between Culion and northern Palawan.

Cruising World (2025): no phone coverage in the harbour, but Wi-Fi at a little store just down from the main jetty; the Coast Guard here held them in port for a week of small-craft advisories, so arrive with plenty of food. Expect only sari-sari basics (rice, noodles, canned goods, eggs, soft drinks); stock up properly in Coron or El Nido. Ferries to Coron, Manila and Palawan call at the San Miguel pier. Linapacan's poverty incidence is high (41% in 2023, Wikipedia): buying fish and produce from local bancas is welcome.
