PGYC lists Long Beach among the best snorkelling outside the inner bays; The Abroad Guide's Route 3 snorkel tour pairs Coral Garden with Long Beach and describes a wide shoreline for swimming. Exposed to the north - only a fair-weather dinghy or day-banca stop from the PGYC moorings. Island-hopping banca hire runs PHP 1,800-2,000 per boat for 6-8 people (date not stated - verify locally).
