Coron Drinking Water Point and Refill Shops

11° 59.6′ N · 120° 12.7′ E

A mapped drinking-water point at Barangay Tagumpay right by the port road, plus the town's purified-water refill shops: the practical way to top up tanks by jerry jug in Coron.

Practical

OpenStreetMap maps a drinking-water point (amenity=drinking_water, 'Bgy. Tagumpay') here on the Coron-Busuanga Road about 100 m from the ferry port; verify it is potable and working before filling tanks. Wikivoyage: Aquapure sells large containers of purified water; bottled water comes in 500 ml, 1 L and 4 L. Purified-water refill stations (20 L 'slim' or round jugs) are common across Palawan, and Hackingfamily (2022) paid about US$0.80 per 20 L jug of RO water elsewhere in the Philippines (verify locally). No yacht water dock is documented in Coron: carry jugs by dinghy or ask a refill shop to deliver to the wharf. Spring water for jugs is available in Busuanga Bay and Port Caltom (see those entries).
