Coron town is the only place in the Calamianes with banks and ATMs; stock up on pesos here before heading to Busuanga Bay, Culion or Linapacan.

OpenStreetMap: Metrobank (this point; tagged Sun-Fri 9am to 6pm), PNB and BPI on Don Pedro Street, Landbank toward the port. Noonsite (2013): three banks with ATMs. Hackingfamily (2022): about PHP 250 fee per withdrawal; BPI allowed PHP 20,000 per transaction, most banks PHP 10,000 (verify locally). There are no ATMs near Busuanga Bay; Al Faro there accepts GCash, which can be topped up via Wise.
