Cebu City is the medical hub of the central Philippines; Noonsite's cruiser notes recommend the large general hospital in central Cebu they spell 'Chung Wah' for its good outpatient department - almost certainly Chong Hua Hospital.

Coordinates are Chong Hua Hospital in OpenStreetMap (a second Chong Hua campus is in Mandaue at 10.3228°N 123.9316°E, closer to the yacht club). The identification of Noonsite's 'Chung Wah' with Chong Hua is an inference from the name and location. Danao City (near Port Carmen) also has hospitals, and SM Consolacion has a walk-in dental clinic (Noonsite). For emergencies at sea call the Coast Guard on VHF 16.
