Coordinates are Gaisano Island Mall Mactan in OpenStreetMap. Open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm; Wikivoyage reports faster service here than at the Robinsons Galleria office in Cebu City. Cruisers from Port Carmen have also used the Cebu office (in 2014 at J-Mall, since moved) without problems. Visa-free entry is 30 days for many nationalities; Cebu can grant 6-month extensions where most offices give 2 months (Hacking Family, 2022). Agents can process extensions but must hold your passport.
