The Philippines' biggest yacht chandler has a Cebu outlet right next to the Cebu Yacht Club - the only real chandlery in the Visayas.

Approximate coordinate at the Cebu Yacht Club (Noonsite and the compendium place the store 'next to' the club). Stock comes largely from Australia at Australian prices plus Philippine duty and they do not keep a lot of stock; they ship within the Philippines. All boat parts imported into the country attract up to 40% duty - bring spares. The yacht club also has a small chandlery with common items at good prices (Noonsite). For marine hardware try Mandaue (e.g., Belmont Hardware, M.C. Briones Highway) and Danao.
