10° 18.9′ N · 123° 58.8′ E · approximate
Hyde Sails' global manufacturing loft sits close to Mactan-Cebu airport and does repairs as well as new cruising and racing sails - one of the reasons cruisers detour to Cebu.
Practical
Approximate coordinate near the airport (RCC 2025 says 'close to Cebu airport'; exact address not verified). Repairs contact repairs@hydesails.com.ph (2015) or markcijas@hydesails.com.ph (2025). Also sells canvas, Sunbrella-type fabric, PVC and mesh by the metre. Turnaround for a new staysail was about two weeks in 2011. For simple canvas work, cruisers have used a local sewing-machine shop on the main road about 800 m from the yacht club.
