Playa Rincón de Guayabitos

A 2 km family beach with gentle surf in the southeast corner of Jaltemba Bay, lined with bungalows and palapa restaurants. It's the launch point for the Isla del Coral pangas and winter whale-watching tours.
Practical
Fishermen sell their catch (dorado, mojarra and red snapper) early in the morning. Beachfront restaurants include El Amigo Vargas (10:30 am–7 pm) and Restaurante Pineda (11 am–7 pm), per Wikivoyage. It's busy and crowded during Mexican holidays. Neighboring Los Ayala (21.0252, -105.2853) is a quieter beach village to the south. Coordinate is from OpenStreetMap.
