Approximate: set at the OpenStreetMap centroid of the Puerto Ixtapa basin; the dock itself is not mapped, so ask on VHF 14 for directions. Station PEMEX ES8842: diesel and premium, 2 high-flow dispensers and 3 loading positions; Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 9am-2pm; cards, cash or prior transfer; reservations accepted; a 17% dock charge applies on the fuel total (marina website). Channel depth was given as 6.8 ft (October 2014 update) and cruisers report shoaling: enter at mid tide or better and call ahead for current depth. Zihuatanejo alternatives: Ismael & Hilda deliver diesel by jerry can (VHF 65), or dinghy to the Pemex at the head of the lagoon.
