Approximate: placed on Calle Marina Veleros, the waterfront plaza road of the marina (OSM way 865120027). Marina website (2026): VHF 14 (Amura lists VHF 16 for bilingual assistance); slip rent includes water, power and security; PEMEX diesel and premium Mon-Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 9am-2pm, reservations taken; manager contact ixtapa@jarestate.com, tel. 755 553 2012. No laundry, propane, boatyard or chandlery is listed by the marina; cruisers describe it as 'modern, if not poorly amenitied' (Cruising Volare, 2019). Laundry and propane: Ismael & Hilda in Zihuatanejo (VHF 65, tel. 755 108 9161) pick up laundry (18 MXN/kg) and propane (22 MXN/kg) and return them to the boat (S/V Liquid 2017-18 prices; verify locally); drop-off laundries are on La Boquita by Plaza Kioto. Parts: a mini chandlery near the OXXO and a Yamaha outboard shop in Zihuatanejo (S/V Liquid), plus the AutoZone and small marine store on the highway (Sailfest). The nearest everyday shopping on foot is the La Puerta neighborhood (see 'La Puerta de Ixtapa (Local Shops and Market)'); an OXXO is on Paseo de las Gaviotas (17.66265, -101.60189).
