Gaspasa Propane (Gas LP) Office, Mazatlán

23° 14.3′ N · 106° 26.0′ W

Gaspasa is the big Sinaloa LP-gas distributor, and the propane source Noonsite lists for Mazatlán. Its city office in Colonia Alameda handles cylinder orders and delivery, which is how cruisers in the marinas get cooking gas.

Practical

Gaspasa's Mazatlán branch is at Calle Álamo #501, corner of Av. Insurgentes, Col. Alameda (CP 82123). Hours: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, Sat 8 am–1 pm, closed Sundays and holidays. Phone 669 981 0505. Noonsite also lists +52 669 980 1010. Payment is cash, card or transfer (Gaspasa website, 2026). Gaspasa sells 30 kg cylinders and stationary tanks, and it delivers across Mazatlán's colonias. It also runs Autogas LP vehicle stations. Gaspasa doesn't say whether it will fill foreign (US-fitting) boat tanks. Phone first, or ask on the cruisers net (VHF 72, 8 am Mon–Sat) where tanks are being filled now and whether you need an adapter. A filling-plant run is usually a taxi ride from the marinas. Neither marina fuel dock lists LPG: Noonsite's fuel page (2014) names only diesel and gasoline at El Cid and Fonatur, plus Gaspasa for propane. Coordinate is the Mazatlán map pin on Gaspasa's own branch page, at Av. Insurgentes in Col. Alameda.
