The never-dismantled heart of the French Compagnie du Boleo copper works (1885-1954) — reverberatory furnace, converter, old locomotives and mine machinery still standing in the middle of town.

Coordinate is approximate, at the OpenStreetMap-mapped mining crane in the industrial core near the harbor. Wikipedia notes the furnace and converter are not open to the public for safety reasons — view from outside. Old locomotives are displayed around town (one mapped at 27.3380, -112.2656). Santa Rosalía was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2023.
