Timothy Hill Lookout

17° 16.8′ N · 62° 40.9′ W · approximate

The hill above Frigate Bay where the Southeast Peninsula road climbs out of the isthmus - from the top you look down on the Atlantic on one side and the Caribbean on the other, with the peninsula and Nevis stretching south.

Practical

Position is the summit of Sir Timothy's Hill as mapped in OpenStreetMap; the roadside lookout is on the Dr Kennedy Simmonds Highway (Southeast Peninsula road) just below it. Reach it by taxi or rental car from Frigate Bay or the southern anchorages. Frigate Bay's two bays on either side of the isthmus are described by Wikipedia.
