Noforeignland users (rated 3.2) report good holding at various depths but uncomfortable rolling in swell - not for long stays. The Fisheries Department dock is one of eight landings in the Roseau/Newtown area (Noonsite). Keep clear of ferry and cruise-ship manoeuvring.
