Position approx: Noonsite places the office two buildings down toward the water from the tourist office (OSM 15.88289,-61.31686) - a nondescript yellow building with a green metal gate; push the gate button and ask for the douane. Grand-Bourg Mobile Customs Unit, 8 rue du Fort; tel +590 590 97 54 49, mob +590 690 83 33 10 (Noonsite, Aug 2023). The former Saint-Louis option, Boutique Chez Zeles, 17 avenue Raphaël Jerpan (Tue-Sat 9am-1pm, EUR 5), was reported in March 2023 to have no clearance computer - check before relying on it. Bring boat papers and passports. Moving within Guadeloupe (Les Saintes, Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre) needs no new clearance; clear out before Dominica. Since September 2024 the French islands use an online declaration too (see area file).
