Marie-Galante's big music festival, held every Pentecost weekend at Habitation Murat since 2000 - blues, reggae, zouk and African stars linking 'the three Saint-Louis' (Missouri, Senegal and Marie-Galante); about 13,000 festivalgoers attended in 2013.

Position is Habitation Château Murat (OSM). Dates follow Pentecost: the 2026 (24th) edition ran 22-25 May 2026 (festival website). Tickets: 3-day and single-day passes; contact +590 590 97 56 51, info-tdb@ot-mariegalante.com. Ferries and anchorages fill up - arrive early and book any car hire well ahead. Free concerts have been held in all three communes on Pentecost Monday (2016).
