Cove Bay (Saba)

17° 38.5′ N · 63° 13.2′ W

A sheltered swimming spot below the airport on the Flat Point peninsula: a rock wall breaks the waves, imported sand makes a small beach, and there are picnic tables, a BBQ shelter, hammocks and restrooms.

Practical

Coordinates are the OpenStreetMap bay feature. Reach it by road (taxi) - Cove Bay is not a harbour and the park warns landing here can be dangerous in some seas. Facilities renovated April-August 2024. Snorkelling with soft corals, moray eels and nurse sharks.

Best for

A swim and picnic on the windward side by taxi
