Deep water off Batalie Beach and the Sunset Bay Club hotel just south of Coulibistrie, with the sheltered Coral Gardens and Batali Pinnacle dive sites in the same bay.
Practical
Position approximate - roughly 250 m off the Sunset Bay Resort point mapped by OpenStreetMap. Noonsite (2016): two mooring buoys in front of the Sunset Bay Club, sometimes one spare - call VHF 16. Noforeignland (rated 2.8): deep water, little shallow shelf, at least one mooring, reports of poor holding - prefer a mooring. Dive sites: Coral Gardens and Batali Pinnacle start shallow (20-30 ft) - frogfish, garden eels, cleaning stations.
