39° 47.6′ N · 19° 55.6′ E · approximate

The rocky north-east coast around Kassiopi has its own dive sites — Kassiopi Reef's ledges and overhangs, a current-swept rock channel and steep underwater cliffs looking across to Albania.

Practical

Coordinate approx: a point in the water just east of Kassiopi headland (checked against the OSM coastline); individual site positions are not published. Kassiopi Reef: 4–22 m, rock ledges and overhangs with bream, grouper and moray eels; The Channel (north-east Corfu): 7–24 m, narrow rock passage with light current, for divers with good buoyancy (alltours). North East Reef near Kassiopi: underwater cliffs, schools of fish, octopus and morays (atcorfu). Greeka also lists Kassiopi Reef, Kalami Reef and Pipitos Reef. Operators named for the area: Corfu Diving Fun Club (atcorfu places it in Kassiopi, other listings in Agios Georgios Pagon — check), Dive Easy at Acharavi, and Blue Paradise / Apollo centres at Nissaki–Barbati. Ferry wash and RIB traffic are constant in the channel — fly a diver flag and keep a boat cover.
