A 15 km signposted coastal trail from Sigri harbour past the Sigri and Plaka petrified-forest parks to Eresos — a one-way hike with a bus or taxi back.

Coordinate is approximate: Sigri village centre near the waterfront, derived from OpenStreetMap (the trailhead itself is not mapped). Visit Lesvos lists the route at 15 km, linear, part of the 27 km 'Paths of the Lava' network with information signs and rest areas. Plaka park guided tours are bookable through the Natural History Museum. Hot and exposed in summer; carry plenty of water.
