Mytilene Marina (Setur Marina Mytilini)

39° 5.9′ N · 26° 33.5′ E

The only full-service marina on Lesvos, a 222-berth Setur basin at Makrys Gialos on the south side of Mytilene town, a short walk from the old harbour, the castle and Ermou street's market. It is the natural place to clear in, crew-change near the airport and leave a boat for the winter.

Practical

Setur lists 222 sea berths, max LOA 50 m and max depth 6.3 m; call 'Setur Marina Mytilini' on VHF 71, tel +30 225 10 540 00, email midilli@seturmarinas.com. Berths are stern-to with laid lines; water and electricity at the berths, free wifi, showers/WC, 24-hour security and mooring assistance, diver service, bottom washing and lift-and-launch (no published travel-lift spec). Setur's page does not list a fuel berth, so confirm fuel arrangements with the office. A 2016 Noonsite report gave €35/night for a 16 m boat in September plus metered water and power (2016 price, verify locally); a 2020 report called it 'very good and cheap' for wintering. Cruisers report the marina office very helpful, but visiting berths are not on locked pontoons. About 7 km (15 minutes) from Mytilene airport (MJT) and 500 m from the bus terminal. Supermarkets (AB Vassilopoulos and Masoutis) are a few hundred metres north in town.
